Text/Email Notifications

Thanks to Jackrabbit, we now have the ability to send emails and texts from Jackrabbit to specific audiences, such as current swimmers only, versus our entire mailing list or one at a time. This will enable us to streamline things when lessons are cancelled, or send out important information to lessons at specific days, times, or instructors. When lessons are cancelled our office staff will send out an email and a text to those families affected by the cancellation.

Please note – if you have blocked the email address or phone number from Jackrabbit, you will not receive these cancellation notices. The email will come from noreply@jackrabbittech.com and the text will come from (920) 313-3663.
